SHANGHAI, Feb. 1 (Xinhua) -- A new safety helmet with built-in smart chips has been protecting more and more construction workers in China.
The helmet is equipped with automated hazard detection devices and will notify workers of possible danger. It also has an SOS button for users to send out distress signals and take safety precautions during emergencies.
Each chip in the helmet can help to identify the location of each worker on the construction site, offering real-time updates for construction management and safety guidance.
