ANKARA, Jan. 31 (Xinhua) -- The Turkish city of Izmir is keen on boosting exchanges with its Chinese counterparts to attract more Chinese travelers.
Izmir, the third biggest city in Türkiye, is one of the most prominent Mediterranean port cities.
"We sincerely believe that people's relations are the real security for peace and the sustainable relations between countries," said the mayor of Türkiye's Izmir, adding that the city aims to boost exchanges to attract more Chinese tourists.
