PENANG, Malaysia, Jan. 30 (Xinhua) -- The bustling and festive atmosphere of the Chinese New Year has been pervading various countries in Southeast Asia. In Penang, Malaysia, wonderful dragon and lion dances are making a grand appearance on the streets, attracting tourists to flock to the crowd to watch and take photos.
