One year into the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, a Cuban expert has called for negotiation as a solution to de-escalate tensions amid the crisis.
Fabio Fernandez, a professor with the University of Havana, said some Western countries are adding fuel to the fire by supplying Ukraine with weapons.
