The 59th Munich Security Conference (MSC) will be held from February 17 to 19. Almost a year after the breakout of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, MSC aims to offer a platform for high-level debate. According to the organizers, the voices of the Global South will be given extra attention, considering their legitimate resentment toward the existing west-led global order.
